ZentraCRM is web-based all-in-one CRM software for businesses. It combines customer management, quotes, invoices, staff management, notes, email mailbox, calendar and an AI assistant in one application.

ZentraCRM suits businesses in every industry that want to manage customers, quotes, invoices, staff and appointments in one place – for example trades, service providers and medium-sized companies. All offers are aimed exclusively at businesses (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB).

ZentraCRM has nine areas: dashboard, customers, staff, invoices, notes, messages (mailbox integration), calendar, AI assistant and settings. You create quotes and invoices directly in the customer file as PDFs on your letterhead.

ZentraCRM is developed by SHS Next, the sole proprietorship of Safa-Huneys Sakal based in Würzburg, Germany.

After your enquiry and the trial, you choose a licence model. After payment, the administrator sends you your login details.

All accounts are set up personally by the administrator. That is why there is no registration and no online purchase on the website.

The “Customer login” button at the top of this page takes you directly to the ZentraCRM sign-in.

ZentraCRM runs in the web browser on a PC or laptop. No installation is required.

The Start plan (up to 3 users) regularly costs €34.99 per month, €350 per year or a one-off €1,155 as a lifetime licence. The Business plan (up to 10 users) regularly costs €74.99 per month, €750 per year or a one-off €2,475. Until the end of 2027 there is 20 % off all prices – Start from €27.99 and Business from €59.99 per month.

Yes. Until the end of 2027 there is 20 % off all prices and licence models. Subscriptions taken out during the offer period continue at the discounted price afterwards – until the customer cancels or we terminate the subscription due to a breach of the rules.

Additional users regularly cost €9 per user per month or €90 per user per year – with 20 % off until the end of 2027, that is €7.20 or €72. On request for the lifetime licence.

There are two plans: Start (up to 3 users) and Business (up to 10 users). Both are available as a monthly subscription (cancellable monthly), a yearly subscription (2 months free, renews yearly, cancel up to 1 month before the end of the term) and a lifetime licence for one company, as long as ZentraCRM is operated, including all updates.

The monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly. The yearly subscription renews every year; you can cancel up to 1 month before the end of the term. Please cancel in text form, e.g. by email to support@shsnext.de. The lifetime licence applies to one company as long as ZentraCRM is operated and does not need to be cancelled.

No. SHS Next is a small business under German law; no VAT is charged pursuant to § 19 UStG.

Yes. In the “Messages” area you can connect any mailbox via IMAP/SMTP and read and send emails directly in ZentraCRM.

Yes. You create quotes and invoices as PDFs with your own letterhead and logo. Cancellations and an invoice overview with open and paid invoices are included.

Yes. Invoices can be created with the small-business option without showing VAT.

E-invoicing and DATEV export will be added shortly.

The AI assistant writes texts and answers questions about your own data in ZentraCRM. It is primarily powered by Google Gemini.

Yes. Several people in a business can use ZentraCRM, controlled by roles and permissions.

Yes. In the “Staff” area you manage personnel forms, employment contracts, timesheets, payments and documents.

The ZentraCRM database is located in the European Union (Google Cloud Firestore, multi-region eur3).

Yes. Connections to ZentraCRM and to this website are always encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS).
